The breakfast was decent, but really, the waffles were just a mess. The staff was polite, which was nice to see, but it felt like they were just going through the motions at times.

We enjoyed a spacious king room, but the air conditioning failed to cool the space adequately. The breakfast situation was disappointing as the sack meal ran out before we arrived.

We had a fantastic time at the Saint Louis Zoo! My grandson loved seeing all the animals and we took advantage of the Family Pass vouchers during our stay. The proximity to local attractions made it easy for our large family to explore and enjoy!

In my wife's opinion, the breakfast options were quite disappointing. Having a limited food service and running out of items is not ideal for families with children.

I loved how close the hotel is to Tiemeyer Park and the Waffle House, making my weekend strolls and meals super convenient. just a short walk away was Creve Coeur Lake Memorial Park, perfect for enjoying scenic views and nature walks.

Nice stay, but needs better breakfast info

We stayed for 6 nights and the staff was super friendly and always cleaning. Breakfast was pretty good, but kinda frustrating they weren’t serving the buffet as expected. Also, ran out of sack breakfasts before we got ours. We had to ask for towels, which took a bit. Overall, a decent stay.

The pool had grass clippings floating around from lawn maintenance, leading to an uninviting swim. On multiple occasions, housekeeping missed cleaning the room, and we had issues with no towels being available after a pool visit. The elevator was out of service on checkout day, which forced us to lug our things down three flights of stairs—definitely a hassle for anyone not spry. Additionally, the mattress was softer than we prefer. it's fine if you like that, but we found it less than ideal.
